Role Overview

This role is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, product expertise, and a customer-focused mindset to drive business growth.

You will be responsible for prospecting, proactively engaging with book of business accounts, qualifying opportunities, and skillfully closing deals. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to upsell and cross sell to our valued existing clients, driving additional revenue and fostering long-term relationships.

This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. You should also have 1+ years of Outbound sales experience, with a focus on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, generating new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Find prospects to engage with to understand their business needs and provide tailored product recommendations and drive revenue
  • Conduct research on customer contracts and history using platforms like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities 
  • Deliver product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases to highlight the value of the solutions 
  • Manage your pipeline effectively, providing accurate updates to management on progress and forecasts 
  • Cultivate and nurture long-term customer relationships, understanding business objectives, advising customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and expand product adoption across solutions
