Payroll Specialist

  We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Payroll Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, utilizing their expertise in payroll systems and data analytics to drive operational excellence.

• Process payroll transactions accurately and on time, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
• Utilize Scan HRMS-ESS payroll software for data entry, validation, and payroll reporting.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports using business intelligence (B.I.) tools, supporting payroll data analytics.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of payroll-related documentation for internal and external audits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll best practices, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for payroll processes and technology adoption.
• Support the monthly payroll closing process by performing relevant tasks and reconciliations.
• Support time & attendance system, ensuring timely and accurate entry of employee work hours, absences, and leave requests.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency in payroll software Scan HRMS-ESS.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data analytics for payroll reporting (B.I.).
• Proficiency in English language (written and spoken).
