Italian-speaking Business Development Expert

Are you passionate about driving revenue growth and naturally driven by sales? We're seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers and connecting with the right people to deliver valuable and memorable experiences to a wide range of customers representing some of the world's leading brands.
No two days will be the same as you work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate prospects through discovery calls, understand their business goals, advertising readiness, and potential fit. You will also educate prospects on our project, value proposition, and product offerings to new or inexperienced users, and conduct professional, on-camera virtual meetings to consult with potential clients and identify their needs.
You will be managing communication channels, reaching out and following up with clients via outbound calls, email, and video using structured sales cadences. Additionally, you will be logging all prospect interactions and progress accurately in CRM platforms to maintain pipeline visibility and accountability.
We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in B2B and customer service roles, ideally within the technology or advertising sales industry. Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written) is required, as well as comfort in new business and client acquisition environments. Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales techniques is essential, along with great communication skills, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
