German Speaking Business Development Expert

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and be able to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored cloud solutions. They should have a results-driven mindset, strong communication skills, and be fluent in German and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads by researching and reaching out to potential business clients interested in Google Cloud solutions
- Engage decision-makers by building relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting customized cloud solutions
- Drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets through outbound efforts
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking interactions and following up effectively using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Fluent German and strong English skills
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience (preferred but not required)
- Confidence in making outbound calls, cold outreach, and building rapport with clients
- A goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
