- Key Responsibilities
As a German-speaking customer expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers of Singapore Airlines. Your primary duties will include responding to customer inquiries, entering customer information into our system, explaining rules and procedures to passengers, processing refunds, and explaining applicable fees and taxes.
- Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have a high level of fluency in German, good communication skills in English, customer service experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
