Technical Support Specialist
- As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring assistance with technical issues.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and operating systems is also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide complex technical assistance to customers, including identifying and driving program efficiency across multiple billing platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Fluent German speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in a helpdesk or system administration role, preferably with exposure to medium to large businesses.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and approach problems creatively.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong active listening skills, with the ability to ask strategic questions to uncover needs and deliver appropriate value-added recommendations.
