We're proud to offer this opportunity for you to join our Czech customer experience team. As a customer expert, you will receive comprehensive training from certified instructors to support customers from the Czech Republic.

What You Will Do:
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat & email
  • Track and follow cases to ensure efficient closure
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
  • Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets & more)
  • Assist customers to manage/secure their account & passwords
  • Set-up repairs for hardware-related issues
  • Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction

What You Will Bring:
  • Fluency in Czech
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology is preferred
  • Great communication skills
  • Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
