Tech Support Expert

We are looking for a Tech Support Expert who is passionate about the latest technology and gadgets, and is fluent in French.
This role involves connecting customers with top brands in Greece, providing customer care, sales & technical support services, and content moderation for social media. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, prior customer support experience, and strong troubleshooting skills.
The job requires you to be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with customers via phone, chat & email, track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for providing troubleshooting for mobile devices, assisting customers to manage/secure their account & passwords, setting-up repairs for hardware-related issues, and escalating unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French
- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
- Great communication skills
- Prior customer support experience would be an advantage
- Strong troubleshooting skills
