Expert Customer Support Representative

Are you a highly skilled communicator with expertise in Portuguese? We are seeking talented professionals to join our team as Customer Experts.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading brand, providing customer support for digital cameras, printers, and photocopiers to Portuguese-speaking customers. As a Customer Expert, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Communicate with customers to resolve their queries and concerns
- Provide troubleshooting solutions and technical assistance
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and goals
- Develop strong relationships with customers and partners through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements
