Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team of customer experts. As a Danish-speaking customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing seamless customer experience through phone calls, emails, and chats.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries about products and services
  • Offering expert advice on car-related matters
  • Resolving issues as they arise and addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing accurate and effective roadside assistance

You will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues and enjoy working in a beautiful location.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in Danish
  • Very good use of English - both in written and spoken language
  • A profound passion for cars is a big plus
  • Work experience as a customer support/customer care representative for at least 6 months will be preferred
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • A genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership
  • Tech savviness and learning agility
  • A positive and adventurous attitude
