We are seeking an Automotive Expert to join our team. As a key representative of Mercedes-Benz, you will provide exceptional customer service, leveraging your language skills and passion for cars.
Your responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering expert advice on various car-related matters.
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, representing one of the world's most esteemed car brands
- Utilize phone calls, emails, and chats to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Respond to product and service inquiries, providing knowledgeable guidance
- Resolve issues efficiently, addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
To succeed in this role, you should possess fluency in French, excellent English communication skills, and a genuine passion for the automotive industry. Previous work experience as a customer support representative is preferred but not required.
