We are seeking a customer expert to work in Greece for a top tech leader. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have prior customer support experience.

As a customer expert, you will communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, track and follow cases, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will also provide troubleshooting for mobile devices, assist customers with account management, and set up repairs for hardware-related issues.

The requirements for this role include fluency in English, familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, and great communication skills. Prior customer support experience is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting skills are also required.
