Tech Leader Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for customer experts who can work with a top tech leader. Our company has been connecting customers with top brands for over 30 years, providing customer care, sales & technical support services, as well as content moderation for social media.
This is a great opportunity to join our Spanish-speaking team, where you will be able to support customers from Spanish-speaking countries after completing a comprehensive training program by certified instructors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc.)
- Assist customers in managing/securing their account & passwords
- Set up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd-level support interaction experts
- Complete relocation support to help you ease your transition to Greece (flight tickets, accommodation, house searching process)
