We are seeking a Tech Leader customer support specialist to join our team in Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Track and follow cases to ensure efficient closure
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
  • Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices
  • Assist customers with account management and password security
  • Set up repairs for hardware-related issues
  • Evaluate unresolved cases and escalate to 2nd level support experts

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Advanced English knowledge
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior customer support experience advantageous
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
