IT Support Specialist

Αναζητούμε έναν έμπειρο IT support specialist για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας. Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την υποστήριξη χρηστών, την επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων και τη συντήρηση της IT υποδομής μας.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης σε χρήστες (on-site & remote)
  • Επίλυση προβλημάτων hardware, software και δικτύου
  • Διαχείριση και συντήρηση συστημάτων, servers και περιφερειακών συσκευών
  • Εγκατάσταση και παραμετροποίηση νέων εφαρμογών και συσκευών
  • Παρακολούθηση ασφάλειας συστημάτων και λήψη αντιγράφων ασφαλείας

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής ή σχετικού τομέα (ή αντίστοιχη εμπειρία)
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση IT Support (τουλάχιστον 1-2 έτη)
  • Γνώση Windows / Office 365 / Active Directory
  • Καλή κατανόηση δικτύων (LAN, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και ομαδικότητας
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών

Θα εκτιμηθούν επιπλέον:

  • Γνώσεις Linux
  • Εμπειρία σε cloud περιβάλλοντα (Azure, AWS)
  • Σχετικές πιστοποιήσεις (π.χ. CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
