The main responsibilities for the Technical Support Specialist position are:

  • Programming and parameterization of automation in cooling applications.
  • Supporting technical projects and communicating with clients/partners at a technical level.
  • Collaborating with the rest of the team to implement innovative solutions.
  • Documentation and project monitoring using tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP (Softone).
  • Creating & translating technical manuals.
  • Occasional travel abroad (once per year).
  • Occasional on-site visits for commissioning.

In order for your profile to meet the requirements of the Technical Support Specialist position, the following skills are needed:

  • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Automation Engineering (from a University, Technological Educational Institute (TEI), Vocational Training Institute (IEK), or Vocational Lyceum (EPAL)).
  • Prior experience in one of the following sectors: refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, or energy systems.
  • 1-3 years
  • Ability to create or parameterize the operational logic in control systems.
  • Experience with programming & supporting cooling controllers or similar logic for Networks (TCP/IP).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Driver's license
