Technical Support Specialist

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Active involvement in the organization of the internal operations of the department and providing telephone technical support to the company's client base (professional security system installers).
  • Telephone after-sales support to clients.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to installers in cases of product-related issues (troubleshooting).
  • Product functionality testing and servicing.
  • Training installers on the settings and testing required for the proper functioning of the systems.
  • Participation in technical presentations, corporate events, and training seminars conducted for the company's clients.
  • Regular communication with suppliers regarding product functionalities.
  • Research and study of new products and technologies.

Candidate Requirements:

We are looking for a professional with a strong sense of responsibility who meets the following criteria:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Information Technology (from an accredited university, technical institute, or vocational school).
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Organizational skills and ease in communication.
  • A sense of responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work as part of a team.
