Position

Technical Support Executive (PMS)

Job Objective

JiBe is a cloud based fully integrated ERP system for the shipping industry. Our goal is to allow shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency and safety levels, while reducing costs. JiBe ERP enables increased automation and streamlining of processes, creating pre-defined workflows and reducing the usage of email and paper.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform the PMS data import activity by following company procedure document
  • Responsible to report manager on daily basis with planning, accomplishment, and pain point status
  • Coordination with various stakeholders (Data, PMS and Development teams) for smooth data import activity
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing the reported PMS Import related issues and errors with counter part
  • Manage Vessel support team admin related work
  • Ability to understand the client's business requirements
  • Ability to work and prioritize and manage many open issues and tasks
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts and willing to extend the working hours in crucial business issues

Qualifications and Skills

  • Any Graduate / B.E. or equivalent with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Good English Writing skills with grip on non-verbal (email) communication
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Problem solving skills; Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for details.
  • Shipping knowledge will be preferred
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of networking & cloud services.
  • Good memory of how software and operating systems work.
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
  • Ability to work well as a team player.
  • Strong customer focus.
