Role Overview:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering comprehensive technical assistance and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Greece while supporting a prestigious automotive brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our vehicles, software applications, and connected services.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams for resolution.
  • Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and self-service options.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in Italian with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) to effectively communicate with international teams and customers.
  • Prior experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to complete a fully paid 10-day training program prior to starting.
