Junior IT Specialist
who's passionate about IT, thrives in dynamic environments, and wants to be part of a forward-thinking organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide proactive IT support and manage client technology infrastructures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Perform system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
  • Ensure optimal performance and security of network systems.
  • Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Solid understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022).
  • Familiarity with Linux environments (Ubuntu or Debian).
  • Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
  • A valid driving license (required for client site visits).

Nice-to-Have (or learn on the job):

  • Experience with Active Directory/LDAP and IIS.
  • Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware, Proxmox).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions.
  • Understanding of IT security best practices.
