Junior Commercial Finance Specialist

Ο ρόλος:

Ο Junior Commercial Finance Specialist ανήκει στην ομάδα Commercial Finance και αναφέρεται στον Commercial Finance Manager, και θα ασχοληθεί με βασικές λειτουργίες παρέχονας υποστήριξη στην ομάδα του Commercial Finance.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διαχείριση βάσης δεδομένων πελατών (άνοιγμα νέων πελατών, συντήρηση, ανανέωση στοιχείων).
  • Αρχειοθέτηση και οργάνωση παραστατικών
  • Εξυπηρέτηση Εμπορικής ομάδας (πωλητών, επιθεωρητών, managers, KAMs, NAMs).
  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, αντιπροσώπων, συνεργατών.
  • Ηλεκτρονική αποστολή παραστατικών
  • Διαχείριση στοιχείων έμμεσων πωλήσεων (ανέβασμα αρχείων, διαχείριση δεδομένων).
  • Διαχείριση τιμοκαταλόγων (καταχώρηση τιμών, συντήρηση, ανανέωση κτλ).

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ /ΤΕΙ Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 1- 2 ετών επιθυμητή
  • Πολλή καλή γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office
  • Δεξιότητες προγραμματισμού και οργάνωσης, διαχείρισης προτεραιοτήτων, αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου
  • Ευελιξία και ομαδικότητα
