Finance Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily financial operations for our Greek legal entity, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of accounting principles and a proactive approach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in finance within a collaborative and professional environment.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare and reconcile accounting entries, including balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- MyData agreement monthly.
- Book-keeping AP Invoices and other financial transactions.
- Assist in the monthly closing process and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related academic field.
- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office.
- SAP experience considered as a plus.
- Strong command of English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to keep documents well-organized, meet deadlines and work effectively in teams.
