Customer Expert for Top Tech Leader

We are looking for a Polish-speaking customer expert to join our team in Greece. As a customer expert, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, tracking and following cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and providing troubleshooting for mobile devices.

To be successful in this role, you should have fluency in Polish, advanced English knowledge, familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, great communication skills, and prior customer support experience would be an advantage.
