Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

As an integral member of our team, the Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level day-to-day support to our General Director. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment.

  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the Director, ensuring seamless coordination across departments and external partners.
  • Prepare presentations in PowerPoint for internal meetings and events.
  • Provide live assistance during virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams.
  • Handle email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an executive support role.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
