Customer Support Specialist

Quant Greece is a leading domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering comprehensive debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors.

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to manage customer correspondence, handle customer requests, and conduct credit validation for restructuring applications.

  • Process customer correspondence and requests efficiently;
  • Handle informative letters related to loan details;
  • Perform credit validation for loan restructuring applications;
  • Archiving documents in the file management platform;
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and issues related to the above responsibilities;
  • Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple customer correspondence and requests simultaneously;
  • Verify customer information and update records accordingly;
  • Conduct thorough credit checks and assessments for loan restructuring applications;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow;
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring high-quality service delivery;
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years professional experience in loan operations and collections, with a deep understanding of related processes and customer communication best practices;
  • BSc Degree or equivalent qualification;
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work across multiple systems and platforms;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
  • English fluency and strong communicational skills, both verbal and written;
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
