About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our IT Support Team. As an Associate IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of our office IT equipment.
Job Description:
- Provide first-level support and training to end-users at group level.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software or hardware issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor requests on our ticketing system (Jira) and resolve them efficiently.
- Update and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Set up and maintain all office IT equipment (computers, printers, scanners, and mobile devices).
- Keep meeting room equipment (PC, TV, camera, microphone, and other equipment) functional at all times.
- Manage IT asset equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in Technical Support, IT administration, or equivalent role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Familiarity with G Suite administration.
- MS Office knowledge.
- Basic networking skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented and patient.
- Punctual, committed, and willing to learn.
- Very good command of English language.
Desirable Qualifications:
- CCNA knowledge.
- Working knowledge in a deployment tool (like OCS Inventory / Microsoft SCCM / ConnectWise automate etc.).
- Basic knowledge in an endpoint security solution (Like Sentinel One, Sophos, Avast etc.).
