Slovenian Speaking Customer Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled customer support representative to join our online iGaming department. As a Slovenian-speaking customer support representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries regarding account issues, game rules, deposits, and promotions.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance and training purposes.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest game releases, promotions, and regulatory information to provide informed support.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements for service enhancement.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the iGaming or online gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms and user engagement.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Proficient with customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
