
Slovenian Technical Support Role with Relocation to Greece

Responsibilities:- Deliver outstanding technical support to Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the company's products and services swiftly and effectively.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues within the CRM system.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and improve your support skills.
- Provide insightful feedback to streamline support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as necessary.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Previous experience in technical support or IT is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
- A team-oriented approach with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
