Responsibilities- Offer high-quality technical assistance to Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Swiftly diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and solve complex technical challenges.
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve knowledge of products and enhance customer support skills.
- Provide insights and feedback on ways to improve support processes and enhance customer experience.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members as required.
- Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong technical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Previous experience in technical support or IT is preferred but not mandatory.
- Aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and processes.
- Team-oriented approach with a genuine commitment to helping others.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
