IT Systems Trainer and Support Specialist

Your primary responsibility will be to effectively support and deliver training and support to end users on relevant s/w applications. This will involve
- Delivering business applications training and support (on-the-job training, remote training, structured classroom training) to users
- Preparing and updating the training material
- Providing 1st and 2nd level user support to clients.
Experience with ticketing systems such as Atlassian JIRA or similar is desirable, as well as knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools. Previous experience in business applications training and user support services, preferably within the public sector, would be advantageous.
