We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German Sales Professional to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to negotiate deals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Native German speaker with good English skills (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Relocation Support:

  • We offer relocation assistance to candidates who need it, including up to €300 towards relocation expenses.
  • Candidates relocating from abroad must be in Athens 7 days before the start date to complete onboarding.
  • Relocated employees are required to work onsite for at least 3 months, unless they already have housing and a confirmed internet connection in Greece.

Contract Details:

  • This is a permanent contract with a 40-hour workweek (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM (rotational shifts).
