Virtual Job and Freelance Platforms Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our virtual job and freelance platforms department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in German and English, and possess previous experience in customer support.
Job Description- This role involves providing top-notch customer support to German-speaking users of our virtual job and freelance platforms through phone, email, and chat.
- The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, job postings, and payment processing.
- Effective issue resolution and complaint handling will also be key aspects of this role.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-up communications efficiently.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex queries and improve platform functionality.
- Educate users about platform features, best practices, and compliance with usage policies.
- Gather user feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of services and platform offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in tech or online platforms preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and work under pressure.
- Competency in using CRM tools and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
