- Stay up-to-date with platform updates and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong passion for customer service and the freelance job market.
- Previous experience in customer support or knowledge of virtual job platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.
