Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service (technology or freelance industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service commitment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with online platforms and customer support tools.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
