Highly Skilled Account Manager for German Market

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales and Customer Account Manager fluent in German to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive revenue growth, expand customer accounts, and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Adobe products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of Adobe solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on Adobe products, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the software or technology sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary and Benefits:
As a highly skilled Account Manager, you will earn a competitive salary based on experience:
- 1 year in b2b sales - €16,800 per annum, plus a performance bonus (up to 20%), comprehensive health insurance, and 25 days of annual leave.
- Contract: Permanent contract.
- Other allowances include a meal voucher ticket of €50 per month and fully-paid training.
Relocation Package:
To support your relocation to Athens, we offer:
- Three weeks' accommodation in a hotel close to the office.
- A one-time payment of up to €300 to support your relocation expenses.
- Legal support with hiring documents.
