Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Support customers with their grocery orders, addressing inquiries about products, delivery times, and special requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update them in our system.
- Collaborate closely with logistics and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about the grocery delivery services, promotions, and new product offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Foster customer feedback to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the grocery or e-commerce sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think critically under pressure and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in food and grocery products, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
