Job Description
We are seeking an Applications and Sales Engineer to join our team in Athens. As a key player in delivering industrial and technical solutions across various dynamic industries, you will be responsible for executing strategic deals that make a real difference for clients and the company. Your expertise in understanding customer requirements and matching them with innovative offerings will be crucial in driving revenue growth and improving profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities and develop new markets
- Promote innovative technical solutions associated with gases
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical, and engineering teams to develop and implement new solutions and ensure timely & quality delivery of technical projects
- Manage Major Accounts - Clients and deliver services to maintain high client satisfaction
- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements, and secure winning deals
- Develop and implement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct business analysis and present recommendations to senior management

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (MBA considered as a plus)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant positions, preferably in industrial or technical environments - B2B sales
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- P&L responsibility and strategic planning expertise
- Solution-oriented
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking
- Polite and compassionate attitude
- Accountable and well-organized
- Proactive and initiative-taking
