Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with account management, subscription details, content availability, and app usage, ensuring seamless access to our services.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on any outstanding concerns to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the tech or entertainment sectors, to understand industry-specific requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
