Nordic Speaking Customer Care Specialist

Job DescriptionAs a Nordic-speaking customer service representative, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to our clients. Your excellent communication skills, combined with your fluency in one or more Nordic languages, will enable you to provide comprehensive support across various channels.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our company's products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Some of your daily tasks will include:
- Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborating with team members to foster a supportive and engaging team environment.
- Participating in training programs to enhance your customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Proposing improvements to service processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) as well as English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
