Customer Advisor Job Opportunity

At the moment, we are looking for a customer advisor to work in tourism sector in Greece. If you are interested in moving abroad, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Job Role:

The main role of a customer advisor is to respond to and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers. This involves maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database. Additionally, customer advisors must ensure that client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's complaints escalation policy.

  • Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company's complaints escalation policy;
  • Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within agreed SLAs and logged appropriately;
  • Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
  • Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Higher;
  • Native/Fluent Italian;
  • Good level of English, C1;
  • Writing speed: 20 words per minute;
  • Active Listening;
  • Good Problem Solving Skills;
  • Strong Troubleshooting Skills.
