Job Title

A system engineer is required to support our IT infrastructure.

  • Maintain and install computer systems, networks, and digitization machines.
  • Configure and maintain Windows operating systems and SQL Server databases.
  • Monitor, backup, and upgrade information systems.
  • Create technical specifications, documentation, and quality control reports.
  • Organize and maintain data on equipment, information security, and control structures in accordance with ISO standards.
  • Provide technical support for internal and external users, systems, and applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science from a recognized university.
  • Previous experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, including hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and data security issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Firewall.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, adapt to new situations, and solve problems analytically.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
