IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the role of System Engineer. As a member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Installation and maintenance of information systems and infrastructure
• Configuration and maintenance of Windows operating systems and SQL Server databases
• Monitoring, backup/restore, and upgrades of system components
• Creation and review of technical specification documents
• Organization and maintenance of data regarding equipment, information security, and control structures

Required skills and qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science or related field
• Previous experience in IT support or similar role
• Technical knowledge of computer and network maintenance/management
• Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and data security issues
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, and network technologies, such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Firewall
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
