We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Czech-speaking representative to join our Logistics Department. As a Customer Support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support to customers with inquiries related to logistics and shipping services.
- Efficiently resolve issues and complaints, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless communication and timely information dissemination.
- Document customer interactions to enhance service quality and consistency.
- Work closely with team members to continuously improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will play a vital part in building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the success of our Logistics & Shipping Department.
Requirements- Fully fluent in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Prior experience in customer support or logistics is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
