We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Czech-speaking representative to join our Logistics Department. As a Customer Support specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Czech.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to customers with inquiries related to logistics and shipping services.
  • Efficiently resolve issues and complaints, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless communication and timely information dissemination.
  • Document customer interactions to enhance service quality and consistency.
  • Work closely with team members to continuously improve the customer experience and operational efficiency.

In this role, you will play a vital part in building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the success of our Logistics & Shipping Department.

Requirements
  • Fully fluent in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Prior experience in customer support or logistics is preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential.
