About the Job

As a Customer Care Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to handle client inquiries via various channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. You'll provide timely and effective solutions to their concerns, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support through multiple channels, focusing on resolving client issues efficiently.
  • Guide users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions, providing clear and concise explanations.
  • Serve as a dependable contact, particularly for sports-related client needs, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism, acknowledging their concerns and suggesting improvements.
  • Communicate effectively to build strong relationships with clients, promoting trust and satisfaction.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluent Spanish (C2 level) to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Fluent English (B2 level) to navigate everyday business interactions.
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills to excel in a team setting.
