Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Nordic speaking customer support representative to join our dynamic Music Streaming Platform Department. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to assist users with their inquiries, resolve issues related to music streaming, and provide guidance to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support in Nordic languages, ensuring that user queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist users with questions related to the music streaming service, including account issues and functionality inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
  • Educate customers on platform features and provide guidance to improve their overall experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential for success in this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is highly desirable.
  • Passion for music and familiarity with music streaming services are valuable assets.
