Your daily tasks will include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.
• Accurately recording customer feedback, questions, and issues in our system.
• Resolving complaints following company policies and escalation procedures.
• Meeting response and resolution targets to maintain excellent service levels.
• Using troubleshooting techniques and training materials to assist customers.
• Offering tailored recommendations to common travel-related issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- High school diploma or higher qualification.
- Fluent in German (native level or C2).
- Strong English skills (C1 level).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
