Job Opportunity: Full Remote Customer Support Roles from Greece

Location: Any Greek island or remote location

We are hiring motivated individuals for full remote customer service roles with permanent contracts and relocation support included.

About the Role

As a customer support specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and professional manner
  • Meet productivity and quality targets

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Spanish (C1-C2) and English (B1+ minimum) language skills
  • EU citizenship or valid working visa
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience is a plus, but not mandatory
