Cosa farai:

  • Fornirai assistenza via telefono, chat ed email ai clienti italiani
  • Aiuterai con problemi legati a ordini, dispositivi, account e impostazioni
  • Offrirai soluzioni chiare e tempestive, mantenendo alti standard di soddisfazione
  • Collaborerai con il team per risolvere segnalazioni tecniche e richieste complesse
  • Promuoverai buone pratiche digitali e supporto responsabile all'utente
