We are seeking a skilled Italian-speaking customer service representative to join our dynamic team in the fashion industry. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries regarding fashion products and services.
This role offers the chance to work in a vibrant industry, where you will assist customers with their shopping experiences, from order placement to returns. Your passion for style and dedication to customer service will shine through as you provide personalized support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries related to fashion and apparel products.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and outcomes accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex issues or inquiries effectively.
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
