Polish Speaking Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Polish speaking customer support representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued and understood.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking information about our e-cigarette products. Your mission will be to deliver clear, helpful, and accurate support, while fostering strong relationships with our customers.
Key qualifications include fluency in Polish (both written and spoken), a solid understanding of e-cigarette products and their health-related aspects, and previous experience in customer service, preferably in health or wellness fields. Strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable attitude, and the ability to communicate information clearly and with patience are also essential.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Polish
- Product Knowledge: Understanding of e-cigarette products and their health-related aspects
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in health or wellness fields
